Right click on it and select properties - advanced tab, look for a setting called "duplex mode","link speed" or "media type" highlight it and change the value on the right to "10baseT", "10mbs half duplex" or "10mbs" - NOT FULL DUPLEX MODE, then select OK.
DSL (en el caso del ADSL de la PRTC ponganlo en 100baseTfullDuplex) :
1. Right click My Computer - properties - device manager, click the + beside Network Adapters and choose your NIC from the list. Right click on it and select properties - advanced tab, look for a setting called "duplex mode","link speed" or "media type" highlight it and change the value on the right to "10baseT full duplex", "10mbs full duplex" - then select OK.
