Eso ya se sabe desde hace tiempo. Pero debes tambien tener en cuenta que aveces el cable se pone mucho mas lento que DSL cuando hay mucha gente. Esa es la cosa de DSL. Siempre es la misma velocidad. Tambien es parte de lo malo. Cuando hay casi nadie con cable la velocidad es mas alta. Ahora mismo aqui en PR, cable es mucho mejor. Si la PRTC diera mejor servicio y velocidades mas altas entoces seria alrevez.
